Kidston Elementary School Goals 2010 - 11 Background Information:
Kidston Elementary is working hard to embrace a climate of change. The entire community is continuing to come together to solidify a school goal that aims to improve the educational experience of all students as well as to build a strong, collaborative community where all stakeholders enjoy a sense of belonging.
The school goals were founded on the school wide data collected from our school wide writes, whole class reading assessments and PM Benchmarks as well as reflection by staff. The community believes that we are still working towards the vision and direction of growth that was developed last year. It was concluded that we would refine our goals but would keep the overarching goal the same as it is one that we truly believe in and feel that it best reflects what we want for our students and our school community.
